Excellent choice
This is my favorite vitamin and has been for many years. I just recently talked my 85 yr old mother into taking it and she has noticed she feels better and has more energy. Highly recommended for natural energy, brain health, gut health.

Best vitamins
Amazing!!! I have been taking one a day for women 50+, RX in potassium-vit D-B12 shots-cranberry with probiotics. If I skipped even one night, I would be awakened screaming with leg cramps from low potassium. My legs would hurt halfway between joints in legs from low D. My energy would bottom out and I felt just yucky from low B12. My bladder would hurt, I would leak sooo much worse and could empty my bladder. I got infections left and right; all from not taking cranberry with probiotics. I’ve been taking prescriptions for all 3 of those vitamins. I was so tired of so many vitamins, so I sarted researching the best vitamins for women over 50+. Core vitamins came up and I decided to try them. Much to my amazement, I was able to stop all potassium and cranberry w/probiotics. Went from twice wily on vit D to occasionally and wkly on B12 to occasionally. I plan to put my adult handicapped child on them next wk.

Not a chewable Vitamin
Thought this was a chewable. My bad. It's not. So, I crush it up, add 1/2 tsp. arrowroot powder, 1/2 tsp. ginger powder and white stevia powder. Mix ad to a cup of water, mix and drink, mix and drink. Tastes a bit like seaweed. Overall this vitamin helps with my digestion. Will try the regular chewable multivitamin in this brand next time.

A delightful change from what I had used in the past
I'm 64 and physically active. I got off of multi-vitamins about a year or so ago when the reports came out that if a woman eats in a healthy manner (and I do), she doesn't need a multi vitamin is she is past reproductive years. I also was getting nauseous from the B vitamins in the multi-vitamin (for women over 50) that I had goten from Costco. I had been able to tolerate them but my tolerance went away. Even taking them with breakfast, I felt sick. However, I've been prone to sinus infections. Even after two surgeries in the past 2 years, I was still having a few problems. I also got tested for allergies (for the 4th time) but this time found out I definitely need shots. The ENT specialist suggested that I get back on multi-vitamins. I went to a local vitamin store and the emplo9yee recommended this vitamins. They are GREAT. I do not get nauseous at all. The only reason I ranked them a 4 is because of the cost. Amazon today is $6 cheaper than the vitamin store I went to. (It wasn't when I looked about 5 weeks ago.) The pills come in a glass bottle, a welcome change. Also, the carton the pill bottle comes in clearly lists the vitamins listed in each pill. The bottle, however, doesn't have these details. The vitamin pill contains extra B vitamins for energy including 500 mcg of B-12, 8333% more than the minimum recommended dosage; 5 mg of Thamin (B-1) 333% more than min rec daily dosage. The extra Bs are supposed to add energy. The more I read about this vitamin, the more I like it.
