Keeps hot extremely hot, and cold very cold. I own a smaller size to this one. When I saw this size available, I knew it was a must have. Very attractive bamboo tumbler, with a slim and sleek design. Both the outer and inner areas of this tum ker are very easy to clean. Anyone would be pleased to receive this as a gift.

Update: eco contacted me and sent a new bottle. They were so nice about it. I'm hoping it was just that bottle that was defective. Very good customer service!! It looks so nice but within a month the bottom has started leaking into the bamboo part. The dark ring above the black bottom is liquid getting collected between the insulation and bamboo. Maybe it's just my bottle.

Keeps my tea hot for the whole day basically. One star off because the bamboo on the outside is thin and cracks easily. The first one I got delivered with a huge crack down the side. Exchanged it no problem, but the second has just the hint of a crack. Doesn’t seem to cause any problems in the function of the tumbler, as long as it doesn’t continue to crack.

I like the bamboo tumbler, seems pretty sturdy, keeps drinks their temperature, and i love the option of the removeable defusser. The wide mouth makes it great for cleaning, a little harder for hot coffee. Packaging came with plastic, but the seller said that future shipments won't have it!

I love the deep basket for holding the tea leaves and the bamboo container looks lovely. Very convenient.It fits nicely in my car cup holder as well. I've had it for 48 hrs. so can't comment on durability or anything else.

Its pretty nice looking but just impossible to drink out of with the strainer in it. Might as well just poor the tea on your face and shirt. I could just take the strainer out but then I have it dripping everywhere.

Love this product. Easy to clean, doesn’t take on the smell of what you put into it, and no hard to clean lids. Stays warm for a long time but is also a reasonable temperature to actually drink from and enjoy.

It is leakproof and durable.
