Product Description Feminax Express 342mg tablets provide fast relief from period pain and associated symptoms including: cramps, muscular pain, backache, headache Ingredients Each Film-Coated Tablet contains: 200mg Ibuprofen (as Ibuprofen Lysine) Directions Adults and adolescents over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets with water, preferably with or after food. If necessary, repeat the dose every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Safety Warning Do not exceed the stated dose. **Q: Isn't this just the same as normal ibuprofen?**
A: Just buy an own brand pain killer. It is impossible to target pain in tablet form. So anything saying it targets period pain is purely doing so to add pink tax £. These have 200mg of ibuprofen, the exact same amount as a 55p own brand box from a famous chemist. Let’s be clear whatever the brand of ibuprofen or paracetamol they have to have the same active ingredient and qty of pain killer, legal requirement so a 20p box is no less effective than a £5 box all you’re paying extra for is marketing.

**Q: What size are the individual tablets please?**
A: They are like the size of paracetamol caplets maybe a bit smaller. I’m no good at swallowing tablets but these are easy. They work great. As soon as period starts take two, then it’s just one after that every four hours if needed. I always have them on subscription and I even take them when have a bad headache or suffer with my back. And I’ve found them brilliant. Each tablet is 346mg I think 🤔 and 200 mg is ibuprofen.
