New Age Pet Stylish ECOFLEX Grey Dog Bunk Bed with Removable Cushions.

I had been eyeing this bed for many months for my dogs. Set up was not easy, a lot of the pre-drilled holes were not aligned correctly, it took us a whole day to get it set up. When we finally did set it up, we thought it was very nice in our bedroom, however, the wood has a very strong chemical smell. We thought maybe it just needed to be aired out. Our dogs, however, hated it. They refused to sleep in it, kept us up for a whole week because they would rather sleep on the couch than on this bed. We tried everything to get them to sleep in it, but after many sleepless nights, realized it's not happening. We do not have the original packaging to return this item, and I'm very upset with this company that they refuse to accept this return without all original boxes and packaging. A waste of $500. Never again.

My dog loves this bunk bed as her safe space. Unfortunately came with broken piece and had to wait for replacement. The steps are very steep and only good for smaller dogs. I would recommend nothing over 20lbs. I also had to buy skateboard grip tape and put it on the stairs because they were to slippery and the dog could get hurt. Cool but not worth the price in my honest opinion.

Purchased this as a Xmas present for the dogs. We had an issue with the stair assembly holes not lining up, but their customer service was quick to correct the issue and send out corrected parts. Once assembled the dogs were a little hesitant with the steps. We went and purchased RV step covers, cut to the width of the stairs and now the dogs and running up and enjoying the view.

My dogs really love this bed. But I do have some issues. Some of the parts were broken. The bed was obviously used, put sold as newI say that because there was dog care. On the bedding and some of the parts were broken and it took me so long to put it together that I wasn't able to return it in time, but it was okay. Um, they love it, nothing at a little duct. Tape and some gorilla glue couldn't handle.As long as my babies love it, it's okay.

This was delivered 08/21/2023. It’s currently 10/16/2023. I emailed their support/part replacement on 08/23/2023 that the stairs part did not align and so it was not fully functional. I was informed by [email protected] on 0829/2023 that this would take 6-8 weeks for a part to arrive to the warehouse and then be shipped to me. I have sent follow up emails to [email protected] and have received no response. DO NOT but unless you’re willing to not have functional stairs to the second level. I would not have ordered had I know there was this manufacturing issue and replacement parts would take this long!!! 🚨 ‼️

Even after reading all the bad reviews I went ahead and bought this because I liked the design and wanted my dogs to have a way to look out the window. The ladder pieces were completely unaligned and we had to completely redo the holes on our own. Not ideal for such an expensive purchase. 3 stars only because not much else exists like this and my dogs like it

We have 3 doggos and had 3 dog beds taking up so much floor space. This is definitely big enough for 2 smaller dogs to share 1 bed. Getting them to use the stairs will take some training and I definitely encourage you to buy sticky felt for the stairs for better gripping. All in all, 10/10 recommend!

The ladder is too steep and plastic. There is no traction on the treads. My dogs who are brave would not go up or down on it without assistance. It came in a box that had a little damage on it but the pieces that were broken were well protected in the middle of the box. The ones near the damage were perfectly in tact. The ladder was hard to put together and none of the holes for screws lined up. I had to super glue the ladder together. The bed itself seems nice enough but useless with a ladder that is broken and glued together. I could not trust it to hold my 60 lb dog even if it was not glued and broken. The treads are so shallow that a large dog would have no room for their feet/legs and gait from tread to tread and my small dog would barely be able to navigate it due to how steep it is. Again the ladder is the issue. A fall waiting to happen. So the ladder is coming off and I bought 22.5 inch high soft foam steps that have a larger tread for my dogs to go up and down. Too much trouble to return. Not taking it apart to box up. Should have saved my money and built one myself. But I will say it is cute! Wish it had worked!
