Came in on time. Packaging was good. Installed this pole and them put my NE Patriots flag on it. Worked beautifully. Easy to install. Unfortunately, I had to swap this pole with my neighbors after I broke his while "borrowing" his Buffalo Bills flag... He still flys it high and proudly

Really nice flagpole for the price. Haven’t mounted it due to rain. I like the fact that it can be set for half mast. I think it’s a great product.

It's always going to get stuck. It does however gets back into place. It's disappointing. I have to always adjust it myself and it help to twerll the round things a lot. Get them loose and get the dirt off. Ehh

The good: The pole has a nice finish and screws together well. The bracket is really strong. I didn't use one section of the pole to make it shorter and without the added leverage it has held up through 60 mph winds.The bad: the screws are garbage. I tried installing this on a hardwood pole and the screws would simply strip out even though I had drilled pilot holes. I ended using lag bolts I bought at a hardware store. The plastic thumbscrews that you tighten once you have the sliding collars adjusted for the size of your flag need to be removed. My flag is a heavier material and would catch on them not allowing the flag to rotate to stay untangled. After step 4 and making sure the screws are tight, just cut them flush with the collar using side cutters.

I have 3 of these, with flags on them 24/7, year around. Definitely the best poles I have had so far, and they keep relatively tangle free!

Longer lasting than wood

This is a replacement for the pole I bought several months ago. Hope it holds up better than the first one. It got twisted and broke durning a rain storm

Had this for a few months, easy to assemble, and looks nice, fits flag well. The plastic does not hold up well though, the thing to twist and tighten where you want it on the pole broke during tightening (second picture). Where the flag clips onto the pole, the metal clip ripped out of the plastic (first picture). Our fault for not taking it down during the wind but weren't home and able to do so. Additionally, the pole itself was slightly bent but not a big deal. Overall good product, just do not leave out in the wind.
