Really good source of protein, yet low in calories. this can be mixed with water, milk, yogurt or anything else to add a protein to almost anything. Could be really good for making protein ice creams i would say Taste wise the salted caramel tastes as expected. also powder comes very fine. one issue (i see in general with this and any other protein powder) is that the powder has a tendency to clump together when mixed with a liquid, and vigorous mixing is required to stop this. once mixed in correctly powder seamlessly integrates with the mixing medium, with no texture issues. I think for best results using this to make a low calorie protein ice-cream would be amazing (will need a Ninja Creami or similar item) Product packaging is fine, comes with resealable lip which seals well enough, as well as measuring cup, so no need to worry about that. paid around £35 for 1kg (a good size that lasts me 1 or 2 months) , which is a little pricey, but worth the premium for such concentrated protein intake.

Salted caramel is nicer with water but not as good when adding to other foods.
