I have started and stopped this multivitamin many times and l find it extremely beneficial for energy and not too much niacin which often interferes with flushing after BF or Lunch.

Easy to take
I love this brand. I don't get nauseated taking these like some other brands. They are normal capsules as opposed to huge horse pills.

Good value
The smell is not great and I have to make sure I eat before taking them to should stomach issues. The multivitamin was recommended by my nutritionist.

I’ve been taking this for the past month. I haven’t gotten sick so maybe it’s working?? I’m going to buy another bottle.

Good product but the smell is off putting. Just let the pills sit out before you take them.

Way too much Vitamin D
Might want to be careful with this one. After having several blood tests come back with high calcium levels, finally narrowed it down to Vitamin D toxicity. The max recommended is 4,000 IU (with doctors supervision). This product includes 5,000 IU.
