Be great for exercise but it was tougher to use for comfort with pain. I don’t love that the stand is also inflatable. It takes 24 hours to let it sit after “half” inflating it then you deflate and then reinflate.. and even with my little electric pump it took awhile. Can’t imagine using the hand pump it came with. I’m sure it would be great for exercise and it seems durable once you can use it but that beginning process is a little much.
