Update (previous review below):I was very happy with this necklace, but began tarnishing after a few months of semi-regular wear. Severely. I contacted the company to ask if there was a way for me to clean it off and improve the look, and the owner wrote me back to inform me that this jewelry is only meant to be worn for 3-6 months. Seriously? I know it's cheap but you expect your customers to re-purchase every 3-6 months? I'd rather buy more expensive jewelry. Learned my lesson. The chain on my necklace is completely green, and a pair of earrings I bought are completely green on the posts. The pendant itself is all splotchy and dull. I haven't worn these pieces in a few months actually, so I'd say they went green after 4-5 months (as expected, apparently) and now they are getting thrown out. I loved the necklace at first but am definitely done purchasing from Pavio, unfortunately. It is my fault for having higher expectations, but it doesn't change the disappointment. I just want other buyers to be informed. The jewelry is good for someone who will be removing it after each day or only wearing a few times per month if you want any lasting power.Original review:I was in search of a small disc pendant with an initial - I just got married and am fully embracing my new last name. For the price and quality, I am FLOORED by PAVOI. I’ve only had this piece for a few days, and will update my review as things progress as far as scratches, tarnishing, chain strength, etc.

Loved this necklace at first! The only problem i had with it is its too long, even on the tightest link. But i could deal with that. Then after I wore it a few times it started turing my neck green! And the gold plating is peeling off! So disappointed with this product and now its too late to return! Do not recommend!

Update:Necklace has faded and the plating on the letter has started to flake off. This piece looks great, until it doesn't. Apparently, this is meant to be a throw-away piece of jewelry. At this price, I guess it's not the end of the world, but for a little more, you can have the brand name necklace that is presumably of a quality that allows you to really get some wear out of it. If you only wear this one occasionally, it may last longer, but I'm not one who likes to constantly swap out my jewelry, so I can't recommend this one anymore.Old review:I get compliments on this necklace all the time, and with good reason - it's beautiful! I can't even tell you how many people I've sent to Amazon to buy it because everyone always asks me about it. It's held up through daily wear, showers, etc., and I haven't seen any change in luster or color, which is wonderful. If you're on the fence about purchasing this, don't be. It's well worth the price, and then some.

I lost my kate spade necklace and didn’t want to spend the money to replace it before I found this one. I like this one more than my original. It also has an extension option so I can layer it with different necklaces. This is a piece that I can wear everyday. I’m really happy I found this company.

I love this necklace! It's super shiny and looks way more expensive than it actually costs. I am in love with rose gold currently so this is a perfect addition to my collection. I love to layer this with the PAVOI 14K Gold Plated Thin Bar Green/White Created Opal Necklace Pendant 16-18. I wear it 24/7 and it seems to hold up well with showering, sweating, and the occasional tugs on it by my baby. I also have a nickel allergy and it has not caused me to break out at all. You can ever wear it with the plain side facing out and get another look out of it (so technically its a 2 for 1 neckalace)! My only fault with it is that the clasp frequently finds its way to the front but its easy to adjust and I don't mind moving it back ever now and again because of how perfect everything else is about it.

This is a great necklace not only for the price but in general. I’ve purchased jewelry that cost almost 10xs as much that was faded after a few months this is light but weighted enough to feel a little luxurious. I like dainty jewelry and this pendant is a little bigger than I’m used to it is pretty and last long. I also prefer the chain link on this as well.Only issue is I accidentally ordered the wrong Letter. I ordered an R instead of an L. The vender was helpful to get a refund but so decided to keep it since my husband and sons name begin with R. I’d definitely recommend these as gifts to your loved ones. I’m purchasing a few more for upcoming birthdays for my mom and sisters.

This necklace is very cute. I got it at the end of April and have worn it a lot. It is now August and the charm is showing major wear. It seems like the white gold coating has cracked and is just crackling off of the jewelry now. It’s not smooth anymore and one spot has started to discolor. Super bummed about this one!

I ordered this is hopes of receiving a dainty rose gold necklace that I could pair with most of my outfits. Unfortunately, when I received this item, it was much larger and cheaper looking than I had thought. The rose gold looked more like a bright copper, and the quality of both the pendant and the necklace were disappointing. The packaging was adorable though and I appreciate the speed of delivery, but I ended up returning this and am looking for something that I know will last longer.

Wore it only 2-3 times and it got black dots on it. I never wore it in the shower or anything or got it wet at all, but it still got black dots. And it had a weird film on it when it came, like some kind of coating that started to peel. It’s so bad which is weird because usually this brand has good jewelry for cheap, which is why I bought this in the first place.

I bought this for my friend for Xmas but on back 9f the box said for girls and I specifically made sure 8 looked for something that said for women's. So I hope it will fit her not be like a choker. We'll see.

i love this necklace, i actually took the pendent off the original chain and added it to mine. i love the look of it. i’ve had it for over two weeks now and it hasn’t changed colours from the water!
