It would be the third trip with this carrier and literally in the middle of the trip, we noticed it had a gaping hole in the corner where it had ripped at the seams. It hasn’t been a year yet and only 3 uses before it was rendered useless. We were also on a time crunch so this was not helpful, especially since we were headed toward a lot of heavy rain. The zipper is very heavy duty and high quality, the secondary Velcro closure is very strong and more than adequate. The material is very thick and water resistant. I’ve only used it a couple times, but after 5 years (stored most of the time in a hot Florida garage) it still looks as good as it did the day I initially unpacked it! Amazing. To top off the high quality of the carrier. If that’s even possible, was the outstanding customer support.
