I made crepes and had so much fun! *by on Reviewed in the United States May 17, 2024* I bought this book because I wanted to learn how to make crepes, and after getting over the intimidation I actually made some and they turned out great! I started with making a basic batter (I was surprised at how simple this was with basic ingredients), then I tested making my first crepe in a pan. It took 3 tries before I got the “pan twirling” motion right, but then it clicked and I was able to make a pretty decent crepe that looked and tasted as advertised. Crepes have quickly become a fav with my family, and sometimes we make hot fresh crepes with a little jam as a late evening snack. The recipes are all amazing, sweet and savory.
