Good
Have been swapping between a back pack and a bum bag for a while. These seem to be a good middle option for a lot of my rides, big enough to carry some spares, food or extra layers. Comfy when in use and doesn't seem to bounce about on the trail

Nicely made back pack but not for me.
I ordered this one to try and I have to say the quality and features are great. However, if you are on the larger side it probably isn't the pack for you because the waist straps accentuate your belly, not a great look, so I'm afraid vanity dictated that I buy a pack that can be worn without waist straps! So, if you're in great shape and want a really comfy, secure feeling back pack that hugs your lumbar region then this is the one for you.

Ideal tropical backpack
I normally ride in 34 degree centigrade weather. This is the perfect backpack for 2 hour rides. 3l of water, weight low on back and doesn’t heat up the upper back.

Comfortable
Very comfortable to wear with the weight distribution towards the lower back. Easy to use and lots of storage space.

I love it!
UPDATE:Still love it to death, but I've noticed something while riding more mud trails. There's nothing to cover the mouthpiece from the elements when you're not drinking from it. I found myself with a mouthful of mud a few times, while my girlfriend's $25 pack has a cover for her mouthpiece. I'm a little jealous now, but other than that... I maintain that this is a GREAT pack!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Feels great to wear, and I love the little magnetic clip for the mouth piece. It's not overly generous with space for packing other things, but it's more of a waist pack than a full on backpack... so that's to be expected. Great for what it does, and I love the little tool organizer that came with it. I just leave my pack tools in there now, and pack it when headed out for a ride. Great bag! Well thought out...

Best bikepack
I use this pack on quick dad laps, bike park days and all day alpine trail rides. Rides well. Good storage. Great tool roll. Easy access kidney pockets. Vents really well on hot days. The perfect mountain bike pack

Good, but not as good as the original Skyline
Good, but not as good as the original Skyline. I wish I could purchase the old original design. The only reason I tried this one is because the old one ripped a bit due to a fall. The old one held more, too.

Looks funny but it the best OPTION
I almost didn't purchase because I thought it would be uncomfortable. I was thinking that a vest or hip pack would help keep things easily accessed. I ordered multiple vests, hip and back packs at the same time. this pack was the largest option and i was surprised that it was the one I kept. The weight is low and off your shoulders. It feels the same if you fill it with 3L or just 1L. The best part is the two "wing" like pockets on either side. you can access things easily without needing to remove the pack. IF you position the zippers for the large pocket correctly, you can access that pocket without removing pack. The only pockets you can't access without removing pack are the two smaller pockets in the middle. This pack grows on you. Its really comfortable. really stable. Holds insane amount of water. Does not restrict motion like a vest or a traditional back pack would. Quick access to large side pockets make this thing perfect. I ride technical MTB trials every day and highly recommend!
