Great Quality, Better than described, The color gold on the zipper is slightly brighter than typical zippers... I would have issued 5 stars, but the backpack was folded in half for smaller packaging/shipping footprint, but it was more a personal preference.

Poorly made
Both Zippers have already broke. I reinforced the straps with Gorilla Tape. It literally ripped the 3rd day I had it. The Zippers wouldn’t zip properly from the beginning. Yes should have retired. I didn’t die to being a full time Barber/Cosmo and Mama. It was easier to just keep using it. Don’t purchase. You are un able to rate at 0
