For the price, this is a quality product. As for the stethoscope, its built well, and quality made, very comparable to the Omron Sprague Rappaport Stethoscope. I will be using this product in home healthcare settings. I will also carry my digital monitor with me just incase I need some backup confirmation on a patient who has faint pulse, or is difficult to get a reading from. Although getting an accurate reading using a manual cuff and stethoscope takes much time and practice, the old-fashion manual method of BP measurement is my choice over electronic any day. Electronic monitors should be used as backup, in my opinion.
