Uncle Eddie's Vegan, Organic Molasses Cookie, 12 oz

I loved these cookies. They were just the taste and texture I wanted with clean ingredients. I’d been buying ginger cookies. They were hard and not giving me the flavor I really wanted - molasses. These are $8 for a bag of cookies and $9 to ship. Ouch. They have to ship them all the way across the country. (They’re in CA; I’m mid-Atlantic, Appalachia.) I justified the price because the rest of my order was shipping “free” with Prime. I told myself no matter how good they were, I shouldn’t/couldn’t buy another bag. Too pricey. So I bought two more bags. The price for shipping was $10. For $5 a bag in shipping costs - now I feel like they’re affordable again. 🙂I’m happy. They were well packed. Maybe one or two came broken. They take a good long while to get too, but OMG, they are just SO worth it.

I consider myself a molasses cookie connoisseur. The are fabulous! Soft and chewy, great molasses flavor and very fresh. Worth every penny.

Received these as a gift for my birthday. They were so delish, I sent them to my sister to celebrate the end of the semester! No skimping on flavor even though they are vegan. Packed with with a whole lot of YUM!

Uncle Eddie knows a thing or two about molasses cookies. Uncle Eddie's Vegan molasses cookies are the real deal and I am so grateful! I have been searching for molasses cookies for a long time, it seems like they had just disappeared from the grocery shelves. I could get them once in a while at a specialty bakery shop, but that was always a trek. Uncle Eddie's cookies are thick and soft and full of flavor, made with "organic grains & sweetness". Oh yeah, and if FRESH is an ingredient, then it's in there too!
