Im latina and these are a staple in my household. I've gotten so many of my non Latino friends hooked on these as well. They help so much faster than Alka-seltzer. I get sour stomachs all the time (IBS sufferer here) and this does wonders. I cant even being to tell you how many boxes I have bought so far lol they are great.

This is an inexpensive solution to an upset tummy. Tastes good and works fast. Much better than AlkaSeltzer and costs less. Highly recommend.

Our favorite product of this type was the Equate brand. It's no longer available anywhere as far as we can find. So we reverted to Alka-seltzer but found it wasn't as effective as the Equate product. We decided to seek out another alternative and found the Sal de Uvas Picot. Wow! It works really well. I wanted to make sure it wasn't imaginary so one day when I needed relief I took it and set my timer for 10 minutes. When it went off I thought "what's the timer for?" and then remembered. My previously upset stomach was feeling just fine.I didn't give it 5 stars because it's 7 cent more per serving than Alka-seltzer, and the taste is unusual and lingers a minute on your tongue. Kind of like a sour lime.Overall, we'll keep using it.

This product is the best and fastest for heartburn relief.
