I fell to my knees and began to cry. I was filled with emotions of extreme Joy and Peace. This was my first encounter with the “Purple Scapular,” or the “Benediction Purple Scapular. We had gone to Mexico to pray for my 14 year old nephew who had a brain tumor at that time. He had a difficult journey, but was eventually healed 22 years ago.
