First, I don't remember ever leaving a review on Amazon, this company worked hard to get a good review and a good review is well deserved, so here it is.Bought this to replace a halogen lamp in a home office. It goes together easily and works very well. Then I proceeded to register the lamp at the Nekteck web site where besides the one year replacement warranty was an offer to choose from three gifts. Two of the gifts were things I didn't need the third was a lemon squeezer. I expected the squeezer to be cheap plastic, but it was made out of metal, it was a far superior quality to what I expected, I love it.The lamp is great quality, exactly as expected and exactly what I wanted, the lemon squeezer is great too.

This floor lamp has a nice range of brightness. Can light up a whole room by itself and also dim it for nighttime reading. My only worry is how easily this could topple over if you bump into it

UPDATE - EDIT: NekTeck personally reached out to me & sent a courtesy replacement. I'm not sure if the fault of the first lamp had to do with shipping from the Amazon warehouse but the one the company shipped directly to me works AWESOME! The light is extremely bright. It was still a little cumbersome to put together since it's heavy but once it was assembled, it worked like a charm. It's bright enough to fill my entire living room which is quite large. No need for a second lamp. I would highly recommend this item & have nothing but great things to say about NekTeck. Their customer service is top-notch & they made me feel like a valued customer. I'd purchase again from the company due to the high level of customer service. Thank you NekTeck!I was replacing one of my living room lamps with this one in hopes it brightened the room. Nope! It barely gave off any light. My floor lamp from Target that cost less than $20 put off better light than this. It was a real pain to disassemble this but when I finally did, I immediately returned it. What a waste!

The power cable does not snake through the base and out of the bottom. Rather it exits from a hole in the bottom pipe, so that it sits atop the base. What kind of dummy designed this?

Salam. The lamp is really nice. But what is extraordinary is that my daughter's bunny chewed through the adapter cord twice, and both times they send me free replacements. I can't believe how nice these people are mashallah.

I love this lamp! I had trouble with one, but the company replaced it, and I am satisfied with both the lamp and their customer service!

Quite sturdy and sophisticated design. Easy to assemble. My living room is not dark as a cave any more!

Device works. Problem is with submitting the warranty. The product came with instructions on how to register for the warranty, which turns out to be totally useless when Amazon tells me that you will not honour the warranty because it was sold through Amazon Singapore.

Likes: Bright enough to light up my room. Easy to assemble. Good value for money.Dislikes: The really bulky and ugly power plug - would be better if it were half the size!
