I very rarely leave reviews. I have had pain in my right knee for months. With my mom s side of the family having knee problems, i was starting to get concerned. Reading the reviews of this I was convinced to try it, however, was hesitant of the claims of 'reduced joint pain in 7 days'. A little more than 2 weeks of using this product and my knee pain is GONE! I didn't even notice at first but once I did i wanted to cry tears of joy lol I am not being the least bit exaggerative, and am receiving zero compensation for this review. I am just amazed. I have noticed my nails are not brittle anymore as well. I wasn't crazy about the strawberry lemonade flavor at first but after mixing it with my electrolytes powder it improved the taste a lot. I will continue purchasing but i may try a different flavor next to change things up. Price is worth it for results and it mixes well with room temp water. 10/10 recommend!

I bought this collagen to help with my joints since I work out a lot. I also wanted it to help with my hair growth and nail growth since my nails have been kind of brittle. I haven’t been taking it very long but so far the taste is amazing, not too sweet or something I would get tired of taking. You can easily mix it in water and It has clean ingredients which I often look for in these types of products. Overall, I would definitely buy again.

This is a good protein powder. I like to mix it with water and a little juice for more flavor. It mixes well with room temperature water. No bad ingredients either.

This is delicious and blends easily into any drink. I gave it 4 stars because it is not as good a value for the price as some other brands. The container is less than half full when you get it.

This is one of my favorite ancient nutrition products. I use it every day and I love the fact that I can make different kinds of drinks with it. It is super delicious as a lemonade in the summertime. And super yummy, as a special occasion mixed drink. I feel it strengthening my hair and my skin feels softer.

I have been drinking this for a couple of weeks. It’s affordable compared to many other colleges out there. I feel pretty good drinking this daily. Haven’t really noticed any changes yet, but it’s early.
