RubiesWomen's Big Red Costume Wig

This wig was perfect for my Martha Washington costume, but boy was it itchy!! I think I was allergic to the materials in it, because my forehead and ears were super irritated after wearing it for several hours.I have long hair, so at first it was a struggle getting it to fit on. In the end I braided my hair and shoved the braid in from the back, and it worked. The wig stayed on just fine, even without any clips or Bobby pins holding it in place.

I bought this to be a Peg Bundy wig but I didn't love it for that purpose. It looked more like a red Elvira wig. The beehive was massive, and I ended up returning it.It was nice quality, silky smooth, and the beehive was packaged in a way that didn't cause it to be flattened. It also had support built in that kept the beehive up.

I got this wig to wear to a work halloween party in october 2017, I got it today in the mail today and OMG its big, red and beautiful...peggy style. it's meant to be big hair so if thats not what you want don't buy this wig. but if you want to be wild, fun and crazy this is the wig for you. I can't wait to wear it. it kind of has a point at the top of the big hair but you can push it down to round it out. I will post pics after the party with the whole outfit and do peggy proud lol.

I got this wig for the kids. They were doing some learning on the Revolution and Betsy Ross so this was a cute idea.I will say the wig is okay. The fit was perfect, but it did look a little fake. I knew this was going to be fake, and I was not expecting anything major, but the hair did look a little to much synthetic.Overall, the style is cute. The fit is amazing and it stayed on the head for a few hours straight.

I bought this to wear for “Honfest” in Baltimore (it’s a real thing, Google it!). After reading some of the reviews I was expecting to have to work with it a bit & that it may be snug, but it was perfect right out of the box. Great price, great fit, great look.

This wig is amazing! As soon as you take it out of the bag and put it on you can see that the beehive is already huge! A friend of mines styles wigs, so he teased it all over to have a balanced tease and it looked amazing. I got so many compliments and it is now one of my favorite wigs! Be advised that it is a costume wig, so no adjustable scalp. It was pretty heavy on head and a little tight but hey, after a couple of drinks I didn’t really feel it lol
