The Flying Scotsman; BigJigs Version-and fun facts
He is beautiful and sweet, such little and came with little Wooden tracks, the only thing I don't like is the two small wheels on him. It feels off balance but besides that, it's a keeper! Love the design it's unique Did you know?-Flying Scotsman's regular tender has a number. It's not Scotsman's regular numbers (4472 or 60103) but a unique number system from birth (1923) to 1963, just like a locomotive itself...today I do not know if it has a number now but another fun fact- Scotsman's most used tender during that time was No. 5223, a GNR type 8 wheel...other fun fact you can walk inside his tender too! That's why there is a door on the back...

Brilliant
Great addition to the wooden railway family.

Scotsman is good but...
It is beautiful and a nice addition to the express line. However the guiding wheels hover over the rails, but the paint and the details make up for it. Would recommend

Awesome addition to the collection
Grandson is so excited to have a Flying Scotsman train, one slight fault is it tips forward on the little front wheels that don't touch the track, but overall does not affect the play too much, works well with passenger carriages we already have
