I have to say I stumbled upon this cereal because I have a diabetic granddaughter. However I am the one that is most fond of the cereal and find it very helpful when watching my weight. It is a low point value for Weight Wathers which is what I religiously follow. I also find mixing it with puffed rice cereal and a bananna gives you more bulk and you feel quite full. I take them on the road with me as well. Very easy travel essential when staying in a hotel. I also love them for a snack. It's not the most amazing tasting cereal i've had but for the calories and taste it is well worth it. It's a bit pricey but I always feel like my satisfaction health and well being are always worth the cost. I continue to keep these in stock. My favorite flavors are the peanut butter and cinnomon crunch.

Basically the secret to how i lost the baby weight after having my son and then going into pandemic/lockdown/no gym life. The peanut butter, cookies and cream, and the coco are SOOOO good. And just helpful because i am such a snacker which is hard when you are keto as most snack foods are carbs (even healthy ones) so this is the perfect solution since its 1 carb and not full of fake garbage. I also like that they portion the bags out - i have seen other keto cereals and i dont even bother trying them because they come in a box like regular cereal. I would eat the whole thing lol. Gladly pay extra for the forced portion control (plus they usually have sales). I will say, to me at least, the fruity flavor has a bit of an after taste and the all the cheeto puffs just dont do it for me. But i LOVE the peanut butter flavor and eat them straight out of the bag, as an ice cream topping, or mix them with a chocolate milk for an amazing cereal treat. Literally the only way they could make these better is if they offered smaller to go packs of like 60 cals because honestly, each 100 cal bag is pretty filling and i probably would be just as satisfied with an even smaller portion controlled bag.

I purchased this cereal for years and it was delicious. The company sold and the cereal changed. It went from being crunchy and delicious and holding up milk to gummy over sweetened and artificial tasting. I made a complaint to the company and after the runaround they were really not very ethical or helpful will never buy again.

I love their peanut butter cereal. It only loses a star because the texture of the cereal tends to stick to my teeth after eating. But the flavor is great and it does have a great texture while eating. Honestly, don’t like much else that this company makes but the peanut butter cereal is definitely a must have.

These cereals are perfect. Great size puff that you actually get some flavor and small enough that one serving feels like a decent amount. I use them with almond milk or half of a protein shake for a snack as cereal. I also dump them on top on my yogurt sometimes for a crunch. I like mixing the peanut butter with the cocoa and I have tried the cookies and cream. I like all 3 flavors so far. I even make a trail mix with them thrown in with some nuts and seeds for some sweet added to the salty. They do not have a chalky aftertaste and stay pretty crunchy. I found a few other cereals I tried got soggy very quickly. They are a little expensive but I usually find half a bag is enough to satisfy a sweet craving so they go a long way. I have also tried the puffs and they are a GREAT substitute for when you are craving chips!

As part of a low-sugar lifestyle, I've been exploring more options, and this was one of them. I want to be clear that nothing about this product is bad, it's just not awesome. The crunch is good, the level of sweetness is good. But that's about it. My primary complaint is that the flavor is underwhelming. These cereals are marketed as tasting like "the real thing" while still being healthy. I found it ironic that I found them sweet enough, but while peanuts are the third ingredient, they barely tasted like they had a hint of peanut butter flavoring. Some of the other flavors may well be better in this regard. I found that the portion size is no different than what many pre-packaged single serving cereals are, and I read the product description carefully, so I was not surprised. However, more than $30 for just 12 of them is quite steep, in my opinion.

I was interested in this cereal after learning that one bag is only 1 WW point! Mixed with some unsweetened almond milk, that's a 2 point breakfast. However, I was pretty disappointed by how small the bags were. I was expecting there to be more. The small bag is actually pretty filling though. Combined with a banana, I am full until lunch time. The downfall is the taste. You can very much tell that it is sugar free and it is not as peanut butter-y as I would like. I will finish out this batch but I will probably not order again. It's pretty expensive too!

I was pleasantly surprised by this cereal. First off, if you're on a keto or low carb diet, this little cereal is going to taste great to you. With that said, it's not sweet like your average store bought cereal. So, don't assume this little bag is going to taste like Reese's PB cereal or anything along those lines. It's a keto cereal... Only 5g total carbs and mung fruit as a sweetener. Now, the flavor isn't bad. I save this as a treat at the end of the day. It has a light PB flavor, and it's extremely crunchy. Like way crunchier than Captain Crunch. I pair it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and let it sit for a few minutes so it's not as crunchy. I really like this cereal, because when I'm consuming literally meat, cheese and veggies day long, this cereal is great. Just ordered 2 more boxes.
