Plant Based Patties
Prepared patties with Green Banana Flour and got the exact same results as I’m accustomed to getting with regular flour. No taste detected. These were pan fried. I haven’t tried baking with this product yet.

Great for those with ALLERGIES to wheat flour!
This green banana flour can be a game changer for cooks who have wheat and grain allergies like I do. I've been looking for something to thicken sauces and gravies, and this is IT!! Unlike potato starch, corn starch, and tapioca starch, THIS green banana flour holds up after cooking !! It does not break down and separate in the refrigerator like the other starches. I have not tried baking with it, because it's dark in color. I use it only to make savory sauces and gravies such as stew, curry, mushroom gravy or the gravy for Sheperd's pie. I've used it to make a roux with butter while making a sauce, and it does just fine. I've also mixed it with some water or broth and stirred it directly into the pot. So THUMBS WAY UP for green banana flour!!

Great Grain Free (Banana Flour) for Quick Breads & Muffins
I’m a banana flour addict and I have tried sooo many brands and have been heartbroken since Blue Lilly brand has been unavailable for purchase as it makes the perfect quick breads. Well! This brand is a wonderful addition to my pantry and makes wonderful quick breads and muffins too! I have been a repeated customer. Give it a try!! Great product!

思ったよりバナナ味！
香りがふわっとするぐらいでバナナの味はしないのかなと思っていたのですが思ったよりバナナ味でした。香りのほうは最初びっくりしましたがすぐ慣れました。パンケーキにして食べていますが食感はモチモチで味のないバナナを食べてる感じです。メープルシロップよりオリーブオイルで食べたほうが美味しかったです。お腹の調子は食べたその日にお通じがよくなるぐらいバッチリになりました。色味がちょっと気になるので次は国産グリーンバナナ粉も試してみたいです。
