ZUMBA Incredible Results Weight-Loss Dance Workout DVDs and Guides Value Pack

I bought the “Zumba: Can’t Dance?” DVD first and found it to be quite enjoyable. So, I decided to buy more Zumba DVDs to get a variety of dance moves and workouts. With this variety pack, I’m able to do a different Zumba workout each day. After just two weeks of using these DVDs, I lost an inch on my waist (thank you Zumba!) I highly recommend following the Quick Start guide first, which is by itself a good 30-minute exercise session. I absolutely love the 20-min Express and the Zumba Step videos. The moves aren’t too hard to follow but I still work up a lot of sweats just half way through each video. Both the music and the instructions are great.

This set is packed with multiple workouts along with a healthy eating guide. To be honest I purchased this set with the hope that it would include a specific DVD that I streamed during the pandemic. While it does not I am still able to get in fun easy to follow dance zumba moves, both high and low impact. I am happy with my purchase. I do wish the workouts included cool downs and stretches.

The shrink wrap is already open, the green disc does not come with an album jacket, just a generic white CD envelop. One disc looks scratched. I am going to play them and check, but most likely I will return them. Edit: I returned this one and ordered a replacement. The package was sealed but the DVDs inside look the same as the one I returned. So I guess they ran out of the original packaging material. So, don't expect to get 4 separate DVD jackets as shown in the product photos. There are 2 DVDs in one jacket, 1 DVD in the original jacket, 1 DVD (green) in a generic white sleeve envelop. That said, I played the DVDs and really enjoyed the exercises. So I am updating my rating.

You really get a lot in this pack. I was kind of impressed. I wasn't sure what I would get. I've never done Zumba or any dance workout, but thought it might be a fun way to workout. I am just starting to try to work out after a long time of not working out. I just basically looked through the list of workout DVDs on Amazon and picked one, hoping it would end up being something halfway decent. It actually really looks good. I just received this today and sat and watched some of the videos tonight. There are multiple workouts, some using a step and some not. There is an ab workout and a live dance workout that has a big group of people. There are a couple of other workouts that have instructors with a few people in a studio. I did a little of the ab workout and loved it. I'm excited to get started with this. I did order a rectangular step to use with this, but saw in the videos that the instructors use a round step for these classes. I don't know if it makes any difference whether the step is round or rectangular, but just FYI if you are going to order one. I'm going to give it a go with the step I ordered. (You don't need a step for all the workouts. I know there is at least one that uses the step, but I can't remember if there is more than one. There are some workouts in the DVD pack without a step.) You also get what looks to be a pretty good little recipe booklet along with the DVDs. I will say that the workouts look pretty challenging, but that's ok by me. I won't be able to do them all in the beginning, but I didn't want to get something so easy that I would be bored with it in a week. I will probably have to start out with a few minutes a day and work up to a longer period of time doing the workouts. But I'm really pretty excited that this turned out to be a good purchase.

I lost one of the cds and one is well used and needed a replacement. This was a good alternative because I didn’t want to pay the full price including the step as I already have the step and the original cds, just wanted to replace two cds.

I love Zumba! It is the only program I can stick with to lose weight. I love this set of DVDs. I bought it for the 30 minute burn as it is really fun and good for when I'm transitioning back into exercising. But the super cardio dance party is my favorite when I'm a little more in shape again. Its so fun!

The item description says this has the DVD workout videos included. All I received was a nutritional book and a program guide. Not a single DVD is included in this.

I liked the instructional video, but once I got into the actual workout videos, I was lost. The instructors don’t call out the next moves very well, so I felt like I was flailing around a lot the first time I used it. The instruction video doesn’t 100% match up w the actual workout moves. I’ve taken a lot of dance/aerobics classes and I know a good instructor when I see one: they know how to explain the next move so you can easily follow, but I didn’t get that from this video. Yes, you can turn on the audio guide, but it’s not quite the same as a good instructor who can explain the moves before they do them and thus, you’re not flailing around as you try to keep up. Overall, I’ll continue to try these videos because it seems like it will be a fun workout once I get the moves down. As with anything, it just requires practice and perseverance, so I’ll keep using this as a good cardio workout in between strength training sessions. In summary, it’s a decent cardio workout that I think I’ll master with more practice and time.

J'avoue que j'étais sceptique du produit, mais une fois que je l'ai testé, je peux vous dire qu'il vaut amplement le mimi-prix ! Quelle meilleure façon de se mettre en forme que dancer ? Ce kit offre un menu avec des recettes faciles, ainsi que 4 DVD avec niveaux qui convient à tous et contenant des exercices diversifiés. Pas besoin de savoir danser, ou avoir un niveau avancé, simplement avoir envie de se défouler et être prêt a suer en masse ! 😁
