Going Strong
I was reluctant to order these bulbs, as they looked a little weird, and I was wondering how much would you really save on landscape lighting, using LED bulbs.I was looking to purchase bulbs, because for the 3rd or 4th time in the year (2020) some of my bulbs blew out...as was happening on an all to regular basis. I was attributing the short life to how hot the bulbs got when they were on.I found these bulbs to be a pain in the butt to install, because the base is a little thicker than the regular glass incandescent "Malibu" bulbs. I found that I needed to insert a flat screwdriver into the socket and "stretch" it a bit. to get the bulbs in.The light coming from these LED bulbs is much brighter and much "whiter" than the regular "Malibu" incandescent. The "whiteness" may bother some people who like the warm white (slightly yellow) of the "Malibu's". Nevertheless, these bulbs don't get anywhere near as hot as the incandescents, and so far they have lasted at least twice as long as the old ones. All 10 of these lights are still working about 8 months in, which I haven't experienced since installing the lights (probably 10 years ago).Based on my experience, I would recommend this item.

Dimmer and more white than previous lights but still a good buy.
I don't believe these are 15W equivalent. I replaced 11W incandenscents with these and these are not quite as bright.Additionally, these lights are much whiter than 3000k. I would guess they are about 5000k.Finally I damaged one of these just trying to put it in the recepticle. It was a challenge pushing it in enough. All that aside, I do like the transparent rubber jacket the lights are encased in. As hard as I pushed, that jacket didn't fail. Instead the metal wire connectors became desoldered from the circuit board. I would expect these bulbs to be very weather resistant.I'm also confident they'll last much longer than the incandescents I've been using. I've had so many of the old incandescents fail and replacing them constantly was a headache.

Great replacement LEDs for our RV
I bought these to replace the old t10 wedge base bulbs in our RV. So many reviews of similar bulbs said the base was too large and had to be shaved down to fit in their RV. While the fit was VERY tight, they all fit in the socket without shaving down. I did break one while installing it because it was that tight, but they all work great once I figured out how to push them in without bending the bulb (in my RV, push in and slightly toward the ceiling while rocking back and forth the tiniest bit and applying a lot of pressure). They are a nice neutral white, too. Some of the light fixtures I only put a bulb in one side because they are so bright. They are amazing, no more lights dimming when other lights are turned on or when the AC kicks on, and they aren't hot at all. I would buy these again. Ten was enough to replace all the bulbs in our camper, considering one of these it ~twice as bright as 2 of the old bulbs.

nice light, good price
I replaced several bulbs in landscape lights with these. I was worried the LED would look different - cooler or blue-ish. It did not. They look great. I also used on to replaced a "high" tail light in truck camper shell that had exact same voltage specs as to allow it and that worked well too.Only issue I had is that the base is slightly thicker than the original "incandescent" bulbs so they took considerable force to install. They work, but that was a bit unsettling. And one of the landscape lights occasionally turns off. Giving it a little rap turns it back on. Not sure if that is from the fit or if it's the light, but just hoping that the extra force to insert isn't going to cause problems for later. There was some literature in the lights that talked about bending the wire contact up a little if you had problems. Hmmm. So far so good, just doesn't quite inspire 5-star confidence, but I like them, light quality is great, and price was good, so I would buy them again if I need more.

Pleasant light and electricity saved
My landscape is illuminated at night by a variety of low-voltage fixtures, designed for this purpose. These bulbs are used in several bollard (upright narrow cylinder) fixtures that are 15-plus years old. Previous bulbs are the same used in some turn signal lights on cars; a fairly common bulb for 12-volt purposes. I used to buy bulbs at an auto parts store; each was about $3 so not expensive but I recall each took about 35 watts/hour of electricity. So, the LeMeng LED bulbs use a fraction of that, saving over time a fair amount of money as my lights run average of six hours a night, year-around. I like the light better than the non LED bulbs; it's warmer and pleasant. I don't recall the longevity rating but like many other 12-and 120-volt bulbs I use, I am confident they will last at least a few years with daily use. I couldn't be more pleased -- really!

GREAT PRODUCT @ A GOOD PRICE
These are TOP QUALITY!! What a bargain. I was formerly a professional low voltage lighting contractor and would love to name drop to impress you with the people I did projects for so you will take my word on this. These are at least as good or perhaps better than what the big name professional lighting manufacturers are selling. When I say "professional lighting manufactures" I am not talking about anything you can buy on line or at a Retail outlet. I am talking about the fixtures that are sold only to contractors to give us the competitive edge. The professional lighting products are (with rare exception) so far superior to everything else available that though they cost more and increase a contractors cost and quoted amount on a project, they make the project. That being said one thing that always bugged me is that the LED bulbs for those fixtures sold from those wholesalers were also top dollar; Yet not necessarily better. These are literally a fraction of the cost of the bulbs sold through the exclusive professional vendors. I am ecstatic LeMeng provides such a great product a such a fair price. I also love when I my expectations are met or exceeded as in this case. Great product, great price. Buy extra before everyone else catches on.

used in moonrays landscape lighting
Nice color and brightness. a little tight fit but not too difficult. Maybe better to be tight than loose. Have been using 1/2 watt LED and these 2 watt are a little brighter and a lot less expensive. Can not comment on longevity.I ordered 2 boxes of 10 and I have one dud. at $2.70cdn each I can live with one dud. Have been using about 2 weeks now and all others are working good. On an 8 hour timer in a variety of temperatures.

They are NOT a T5 base!
These bulbs do NOT fit in the typical outdoor "Malibu" or "moonray" type of fixture. Yes, they are a spade base, but the base is much thicker than the glass bulbs. and as one other poster noted, if you carefully pry the fixture base prongs open with a flat screwdriver, it makes it a little easier to get these bulbs in. However, the little wires on the base of the bulbs don't line up very well with the fixture sockets. I could not get ANY of the 10 bulbs to work at all. Very disappointed. They got a 2 star simply because they seem relatively well made, with a clear flexible covering over the whole thing.

Good colour and brightness for low voltage landscape lighting.
A really good match/replacement for the 11w incandescent bulbs in my landscape lighting. Nearly identical brightness and colour with way less energy consumption. I'm really picky about light quality and typically don't like LEDs but these work great for me. So far they have outlived the incandescent bulbs they have replaced.

The lights give off an annoying buzz when lite.
The package arrived the next day after ordering as promised (very quick). I installed 3 and they fit tightly but well. When I switched the lights on, the colour and brightness was good.My problem is that each light gave off a distinct buzz when on. I tried to reinstall them with no improvement.Unfortunately, the noise is too loud to ignore and I will have to return the package. I suggest the light description should highlight this noise to prospective buyers.

Not the same size as the equivalent incandescent bulb
The bulbs are significantly longer than the incandescent bulbs they are intended to replace. I had to modify my fixtures in order to fit these bulbs in.
