Perfect non serrated steak knives
I had these on my "to buy" list for a while. When they came on offer I nabbed them. They are non serrated knives which is perfect for regular at home sharpening. Nice weight and flawless finish. They almost make the food taste better as they slices through the meat with finesse.

Be careful these are scalpel sharp
These ooze class and feel great in the hand . They cut steak with no effort at all. My only criticism and it is a small one . The rivets are just too proud of the handle creating an irritating ridge which will catch your fingers . As akways the devil is in the detail...

Very good knives.
First class steak knives. Because they are plain blades they can be easily sharpened or just honed they will easily be sharp for a very long time. I wish I had bought these a long time ago.
