My shih tzus have had ongoing skin problems and this helped a lot to alleviate them. After using both the shampoo and conditioner their skin was clean, they experienced no itching and their hair was very soft.

I am very pleased with the natural ingredients in this product, it is an amazing value for the money, my great Dane has struggled with skin issues this completely stopped the scratching, the smell is gone and it really soapped up for me in the tub, a little went a long way, my only complaint with this is I can't afford more right now.

We use this once a week or two.My dog it's itchy and turns pink and sometimes blotched of rash/bumps.We try to stay on giving him a bath every couple weeks with it to stop the itching.After using this on him by the next day he is cleared up.We started with our 2 year old when we got him at 8 weeks.His belly was full of bumps and skin was so pink.The shelter named him piglet because he was so pink. We believe the foster had flies and he was having a reaction.We used it as soon as we got home and the next morning he wasn't pink and the bumps had went down a bunchIt smells so good and doesn't leave a wet dog smell mixed with it and leaves their coat so soft.People always ask what we use to get them soft

I love this product.. it really works well… my 4 years old lab terrier had bad dandruff, I use the set shampoo first then the treatment is all gone no more dandruffs.. his hair is so smooth and it smells good too.. good value!!!

Spent the extra money and got this and glad we did. 4 month old english bulldog with bad irritation on belly and arms. Stopped itching right after using and then started itching again 7 days later so we just gave another bath. So far this shampoo is great!

I loved everything about the shampoo it smells good and cleans really well. And the treatment (conditioner) is amazing! It smells great and my dog was super soft and combing through her hair was a breeze. Plus I can already tell that it has helped her dry spot on her tail. I will be buying this from now on. I've seriously used lots of different products - We Love Doodles, Bed Head- for dogs, Furmenator shampoo, and also the Tropiclean - curly hair too. The Tropiclean has always been my favorite brand but this is the best one yet.

i usually buy these items separately from a brick and mortar pet store as i need them. i’ve been buying these specific oxymed products for years for my dogs sensitive and dry skin, and have found it does a good job keeping his fur moisturized and healthy since he has a long double coat. the smell is alright (it smells like my sheamoisture antiperspirant lol, mildly sweet and not quite peachy smelling). however, i noticed amazon had a combo package right around the time i needed to get new bottles of both shampoo and conditioning treatment. the price for the combo pack was a buck or two cheaper than buying the products separately, and that made sense to me; save by buying together, right? it came sealed in a shrink wrap labeled that it is a set for amazon shipping purposes.the shampoo seems comparable to the ones i’ve used in the past, but the conditioning treatment treatment seemed off. it normally has a “mayonnaise” type texture but this bottle is very grainy. i attached a picture to show what the conditioner looks like with the little grains. i’m not sure if it got hot or cold and caused some of the butters separated out, but the grains are small, like pieces of salt, but off white color and are visually evident compared to the slightly darker liquid. they are not easy to mush between your fingers and did not seem to melt into my dogs fur/skin or in the warm bath. it reminded me a lot of those little plastic beads put into face cleansers up until the 2000s. i had to rinse my dog many times more than usual to make sure all the weird little grains were out of his fur since it didn’t melt in. the product still was “in date” as expressed by the plastic shrink wrap, so i don’t know what could have caused the separation of components other than being in extreme temperatures. i ordered and had this delivered during autumn, and it was between 60 and 75 degrees fahrenheit on the days between ordering and delivery.i tried to give it a chance despite seeming off, but i’m going to have to return it. unfortunate that i have to return both the shampoo and the conditioner since it was a bundle package.buyer beware this may not contain authentic products, and/or this may contain spoiled and separated product. 3 stars because the shampoo seemed normal and the conditioner didn’t cause any adverse affects, but definitely is not the same quality i buy in brick and mortar stores and i’ve lost the convenience and value by having to return it by wasting gasoline to take it to a return drop off. between the energy it takes getting it to me and now the energy it will take to get rid of it, it would have been more economical to just buy it from the brick and mortar. lesson learned.

Our Westie has been using this product for the last 4 years. He has no more itching and his coat is beautiful

Not a strong scent, and left my dogs with soft, clean fur. One of my dogs is a red doberman and he has very dry skin. It pulled out all of his dandruff and left his coat very shiny.

I love this treatment for my German Shepherd. My last bottle on the left, like all the previous bottles has a darker blue cap, lovely and thick, no lumps, not watered down, smells nice, goes on a treat. The bottle on the right my new one delivered this week, lighter blue cap, watery, very lumpy, won't mix and doesn't get thicker when shaken and it stinks smells off, like oatmeal & egg. What happened, change of recipe or a dud bottle out of a pack 🤔 very strange, otherwise I did rate this product 5 out of 5 but now 0 sadly only due to this latest bottle. 🤞 its a one off. It won't be stop buying again in the future, I just hope the replacement is ok.

Me gusta mucho este shampoo. Gracias a sus ingredientes mi perrita deja de rascarse constantemente. La baño una vez a la semana porque su dermatitis es atópica y este producto le ayuda para que no le tengamos que poner inyecciones. Es un excelente producto. Si se combina con el spray es aún mejor el resultado.
