2" 3M scotchlite reflective material. 100% ansi 107-2010 polyester hardwearing 300 denier maximum breathable waterproof pu and ptfe bicomponent transfer laminate membrane with sealed seams. Lined with 3m thinsulate insulation. Detachable, peaked thinsulate lined hood with adjustable hook & loop and d ring. Storm flap with 2-way waterproof leg zippers for full access from hip to boot. Waterproof elastic snow lock leg cuff. Elastic waist ribbing with storm flap. Viral penetration astm method f 1671 compliant. Pockets: 2 front side, 2 front chest with waterproof zippers and d ring, 2 back hook & loop/zipper closure, 1 inner phone pocket w/ zip, 1 inner with flap cove. Zipper and snap closure.

Used for heavy weather riding on bicycle. Used only a few days a year for those really cold and rainy days. If its below freezing, this thing is your friend. Above freezing, you will be in your own personal sauna while bicycling. Excellent visibility to cars, received several comments from cars at stop lights. "Glad I could see you, can't see much in this weather" Legs flare for boots so I need to use an oversized pant minder to protect from chain tangle. Used neoprene leg shield product with good effect. If you are good with sewing, maybe taper the leg a bit. If you want to be seen in the extreme cold and wet, stay warm, and have easy donning and doffing, this works well.
