It works to help ease my knee and leg pain. I like the roll on because it's so easy to use without getting it on your hands. It does have a mentholated smell but well worth the cooling effect. It lasts overnight when I put on at bedtime. Great product!

I have always been buying biofreeze roll on green gel from Amazon. The 3 pack is a good price now its getting a little expensive. Good to use any time when you feel pain in your body even for stiffness it works well, better than any tiger balm etc.Will keep buying.

What’s nice about this is that you can treat pain locally, providing an analgesic right where it hurts. This should provide more immediate relief than taking an aspirin or other pill and waiting the 20 minutes or so for it to start working. It should also leave the rest of your body and mind unaffected, so you won’t suffer from things like drowsiness or a general malaise that sometimes occurs when you take a general painkiller. Worth it. These roll on bottles last so long. I've used only one bottle and gave the other 2 to friends.I do a lot of BJJ and have the normal aches and pains (shoulder, knees, lower back)

Not an all over use, more for spot tendinitis of thumb or elbow. This is not bengay hot style pain relief but it works for about 4-6 hours when my base thumb joint acts up. Also for forearm to elbow tendon aches.
