been drinking it for years. it's a blend like no other and it's truly so relaxing. however, ive seemed to notice that the past few boxes ive been getting have been less flavorful. not sure why.

I like this because I can drink it late evening and it won't keep me awake. The mint flavor takes off the strong chamomile flavor and makes it more palatable. I can recommend this herbal tea.

I love this tea. I first had it at a hotel and quickly purchased some when I got home. In the summer, I add a bit of monkfruit sweetener and make iced tea with this. In the winter it’s just perfect on its own nice and hot in the evening. It’s very calming and easy on the stomach.

When my brain won't shut off, this is my go-to! Love it!
