My fault for not being more thorough. it is with a neighbour being altered as it is a quality item that can be altered, I was concerned not to buy a cheap party kilt and I didn’t. Can thoroughly recommend this company but check sizing. They would change it but I’m in France and it’d be quicker to alter here.
