Excellent quality and speedy deliver all the way from California to a small farming community in NWOntario! There was even a packing slip, info if I needed to return and an ask for a review. The price was much less than other companies offering similar products. I needed these shades for 2 matching lamps. When I put the new shades on, I noticed that the distance between lamp and shade did not match. (Something that I had never noticed before!) Oh darn, the harps are different sizes and I’m going to have to buy matching harps. But, when I was discarding the wrap, lo and behold, they had enclosed 2 brand new harps! I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Lamps Plus. You’re first class.
