excellent and as described
Would be happy to order this again. In fact, it's about time to do so. Came well packaged and it's true maple sugar powder. Reconstitutes easily and tastes like maple syrup.

Seriously good!
This is not a very large jar, however, it tastes like real maple syrup...It's exactly what I wanted and I useit to sweeten muffins and can actually use less overall sweetener than I imagined.....Maple sugar is an all natural sweetener to use instead of refined sugar.....or to blend with sugar substitutes like monk fruit, stevia or erythritol. I wish it came in a larger jar but I'm happy with this purchase and use it often.

Mild flavor
Bought to use as an ingredient in a 'tv' recipe we wanted to try. The 'tv' recipe we tried was a dud. But this maple sugar is the best thing we've got from the experience. The maple flavor is mild. We love it sprinkled on biscuits and toast.

Flavor is weak
I used this in baking for the flavor, but I was disappointed in that. There wasn’t much maple flavor at all. I add maple extract on subsequent usage.

Maple granulated sugar
Had to order large quantity because after I tried pure maple sugar i couldn't go back to bleached cane sugar in any color or form. Pure maple sugar is absolutely delicious and healthier too. I shall continue to purchase. Price is higher than cane sugar but my good health is worth it.

The BEST maple sugar!
I’m never without Mansfield maple sugar. Ever. I replace white sugar for maple in so many recipes including pumpkin rolls, pumpkin pies, cakes, cookies, tapioca pudding, etc. Plus, we make our own maple syrup with it by simply adding water. It is DIVINE!

Love this sugar-second time I've ordered
Very good tasting sugar, gives a slight maple flavor to my baking, cooking. You can use less as it's sweeter than sugar. Is powder not granules. I've used it in canning apple butter as well as any baking and cooking. It doesn't have such an overpowering taste that it interferes- more of a 'what is that good flavor I taste?' reaction from people.
