Check plunger lock and bolts prior of installing.
Product came pre-assembled. Once I installed it and travelled down the road the plunger lock came apart and one of the bolts holding the tray came off. I reinstalled the bolt/lock nut and plunger and realized the bolts are not long enough for the lock nut to work. I removed the bolts and put longer ones in. The plunger keeps on loosening therefore I had to put blue lock tight to make it stay tight. Not a big deal but make sure you check everything before using. Still a nice product that I use in my trailer. I do recommend buying it.

Should come with 2 spring pins instead of 1
Well made and sturdy. It only comes with one spring pin to secure in the upright position however there is a hole on the other side for another one. Also the pin unscrewed itself in travel and fell out. Simple solution, you can but another spring pin (off amazon for a couple $ and the Loc-tite them on, problem solved. I have many miles on my trailers with no problems love these products by Pit Posse. I would have given 5 stars if it came with 2 spring pins (having to add loc-tite is no problem)

Great medium duty shelf
I purchased this shelf for inside a finished cargo trailer for additional working space. It seems well made, a convenient but useful size and like the way the tray locks out on the down position. I had it powder coated white to match the walls of the interior and if a perfect fit for my needs.

great tear down table
we use this as a tear down bench for oily parts, we drilled a hole in the table and put a bucket under it, works great and keeps the trailer clean
