Ultimate Warrior: A Life Lived Forever: A Life Lived "Forever" Hardcover – September 15, 2015

He was my favorite wrestler growing up. I still have a signed poster of him from years ago. This book was excellent, with many pictures of not just The Ultimate Warrior, but other wrestlers from that era. I do wish there were less pictures and more information about the man, but otherwise, this does deserves five stars.

This Book is incredible! whata collector's piece... it has all sorts of cool goodies that every wrestling fan will enjoy, but what is amazing is the incredible story it tells. You truly get to knwo the man called Jim Hellwig, later turned Warrior, and there is tremendous attention to detail and very intimate thoughst shared from everyone who knew him closely. The man, the myth, The Legend.and yes, i cried while reading this book. it was intense, just like the Warrior himself. if you are a father, you will really enjoy this book. if you are a wrestling fan, you will really LOVE this book. It gives a unique insight into the person called Warrior. you truly begin to understand who he was.again, I must give praise to Triple H. The man is a bridge builder. All the s*** talking about him that has happened over the years from other wrestlers, I am convinced that its just people whining about not getting what they wanted. its a cut throught business. he is a good man to be able to burry his early experiences from Warrior on the business end, to get to knwo him on a personal and bring him home to WWE , once again.My heart truly goes out to Warrior's family. I cannot image the pain they must still feel because fo his absence. I can tell they loved just as intensely as the Ultimate Warrior character performed. Mind, body, and Soul.

What a book! This book captures many of Ultimate Warrior's greatest achievements in the WWE Universe. He isthe absolute epitome of a Professional Wrestler. His WWE highlights are here and some of his pre-WWE highlights as well. The pictures are awesome. There is much more to the Ultimate one than meets the eye and mind. Jim Warrior Hellwig has made more than mark on the WWE. He has made an impact on the hearts, minds, and lives of many true professional wrestling fans. No professional wrestling library is complete without this book! A MUST HAVE!

Book arrived new and in perfect condition. I am 41 years old and literally grew up with the Ultimate Warrior, also had a subscription to WWF magazine during this entire time. These are certainly not any pictures I have ever seen for the most part. Visually this book is stunning and very well presented. The stories presented are fresh and unique. I found the details concerning his recent negotiations with the WWE particularly interesting. A complete match listing would have been cool, but I won’t hold against. I also got mine brand new for $20, which I consider a steal. If you grew up an Ultimate Warrior fan you will love this book!

This book is worth the price for the photography alone. Images of the Ultimate Warrior throughtout his career and life outside of the ring punctuate a retrospective by which other wrestling books should be judged. The add-ons- UW's Orgeon wrestling license, a ticket to WrestleMania 6, the sheet music for Unstable (UW's entrance theme), notes for WM6, and the mask the UW wore during his last appearance on TV- also make this worth the investment. Whether or not you're a fan of the Ultimate Warrior is irrelevant. If you're a wrestling fan and enjoy a nostalgic look at one of the most legendary and controversial figures in the business' history- you'll enjoy every page of this book.

Warrior was such an amazing person. His career in wrestling was fast but impactful. I've always respected the man who created and performed the ultimate warrior and this gives you some insight into that career and glimpses of those who knew him. Hopefully, one day we can get a biography with some of his thoughts that he wrote while alive. Long live the WARRIOR!

The extra memorabilia was a nice surprise. Nice trip down memory lane. Being a kid from the 80s WWF and Ultimate Warrior were cherished memories for me. Gone but definitely not forgotten. Warrior you are still my favourite wrestler 35 years later. 🌟

This was a birthday gift for my husband and he loved it! Lots of great photos and stories. This was his favorite wrestler as a kid and he was able to share the book with our son who is also into WWE.
