Tape Thong for Tool Belts 2.4" Wide (GS-12)

I work in low volt, and I’m always looking to make my pouches as streamlined abs effective as possible. Some of the better pouches I have are missing a tape holder, but they have carabiner loops. This came in handy to add that and make my pouches exactly how I want/need them to be.The only issue I have with it is that they are smaller then other tape holders. So far, my tapes haven’t fallen, but I feel one day they’ll bump at the wrong angle, or I’ll set them down the wrong way and they’ll come off. If they were slightly longer I’d feed more at ease. Again, they haven’t come off, this is why I didn’t remove a star. Other then that, it’s excellent.

It holds two or three rolls of electrical tape fine. It is not designed to carry three rolls of phasing tape plus one or two rolls of electrical tape. If you need to carry around that many rolls of tape, wear an apron.

I thought that I’d give it a try, turns out to be pretty Decent but I would recommend that the designers lengthen the metal piece at the bottom by about a half of an inch so it holds the tape a lil better. Overall it’s does it’s job but could be improved, though it won’t be, I wish that I could get stuff to test out for these companies that make stuff that their engineers have no idea of what works and what dont. People if your gonna design stuff, have a clue at what works and what could be designed better…

The tape holder is very short, a 2" roll eats it up. Useful for possibility a single roll of electrical phase tape. The snap constantly comes apart x and I'm always picking it up off the floor. I'll be returning the two pack and looking elsewhere.

Was thinking that it would work on regular masking tapes, wrong it would promptly fall off. Good only for small diameter tapes like electrical tape

I haven't even used this but I know already that it is better, much better than my current option which is reaching for the roll of tape every time I need it. Looking forward to using this.

No more looking in all my pockets for my electrical tape. Use it every day at work. Its made of quality material.

It's nice that it is adjustable, but if ya need to carry more than 3 or 4 colors, it's not long enough
