It barely wipes the sides of the chain, let alone cleans it.

Ok for the price
It's ok for the price - the chain cleaner is poorly constructed and fiddly to use, but everything else seems to work pretty well.

Doesn't work properly
The chain is supposed to latch onto the rotating brush bit inside the cleaner but it just sits on top of the brushes so not cleaning the chain properly.

Works fine but seems fragile
Only used a few times and seems a little fragile. However, it was value for money and it works fine.

only use the wire brush, can't for the life of me get the chain cleaner to work, good in theory, in reality just use a microfibre cloth and a sponge and water for the rest

Good but costly.
Chain cleaner needs to be kept clamped shut with your hand whilst using or it falls apart as you pedal the chain through it. Other components are reasonably good. It's quite expensive for what it is.

Just not a good product it really doesn't work well I just ended up using the brushes it caned with to clean the chain just spend some more money
