What should i do if my klein et600 arrived with a 1/8 inch plus loose ball of solder rattling around inside. as this unit can generate 1000 volts, i

Anyone have issues with incorrect calibration? did a insulation test with this klein and a calibrated megger - reading seems to be off by 200v.??

We haven’t had any issues. I can get with Klein to see if they can recalibrate it.

I believe most of the internals are made over sea but it's assembled in the US from what I can tell
