Perfect for on the go or minimal space!
I was looking for an alternate to the G bow. I felt that item was a little steep in price. For the same purpose at half the cost the Tikaton Bow is great. Very easy to assemble. It comes in two pieces making it compact and easy to take on your travels. The tool you get with it isn’t the greatest. Can’t really put much strength on it or you’ll end up stripping it. I’m sure most of us have a good set of screwdrivers already. Use those instead. Overall the build quality is nice. Felt sturdy in hand. Not really the greatest resistance when using it as a chest press. The bands are a little long to offer much resistance. I did pick up a couple of gbow bands made for presses that offer much better resistance due to their length. For all other motions like lat pull downs or rows the bands that come with it are sufficient. Specially if your just starting out with resistance training. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. It’s perfect for when your on the go or have minimum space.

Works as it should.
Love the product. It works as they advertise it to work. It is a little bit of a learning process to use bands but there are plenty of exercises on youtube to look use. My only real complaint is where the 2 pieces come together. It has seemed to get a little loose and there is a obvious wobbly feeling when using the bow but it does seem to be sturdy other than that. You do need to purchase some heavier bows after the fact..and be careful when using the 90lb short bands. They're a little difficult to attach and detach!! Good purchase.

A less expensive alternative to Gorilla Bow
Like most of you reading this, I came across the Tikaton Bow because I wanted a Gorilla Bow but didn't have $200 to spend on it. So, if that's your situation, here is the answer you are looking for - yes, this bow works just as well as all the others, it's just a tiny bit uglier. The Gorilla Bow is a single piece of aluminum with smooth, wide curves, and the Tikaton bow is welded together in a couple of places and held together in the middle with screws. But, none of that affects its functionality at all - its solid, strong, lightweight, and works great. It comes with 4 bands that give me enough resistance for overhead press and curls, though not really enough for bench or squat. For those, I went to the Gorilla Bow website and ordered their heavier resistance bands. With a little investment in extra bands, this thing works really well to give you some legit exercise in a tiny space (I'm an NYC apartment dweller). I love it and you can't beat the price.

Good budget option vs. Gorilla Bow
I ordered this as a compromise instead of the Gorilla Bow, as most reading this, due to it being half the cost. The bow assembled easily with two screws in the middle and the manufacturer even provides a miniature screwdriver in the package. Once together the bow was decently sturdy, although there is a little movement in the center since it is two parts screwed together. Not a big deal, per se, but one worth noting.I have a few gripes about the Tikaton bow. First is the aforementioned movement which, although I don't think it meant this is unstable, it still disconcerted me and what it's stability under heavy resistance bands would be like. Secondly, I didn't care for the foam covering the center of the bow. This is purely personal preference and some undoubtedly like the foam. For me, I didn't like how "grabby" it was when doing curls. Lastly, the standard set of resistance bands this ships with is lighter than was is sent with the Gorilla bow. This probably isn't a big deal for most, but worth noting.Overall and for a budget option, this is good to have. I ended up returning it and purchasing the Gorilla Bow. The quality difference is immediately noticeable the first time I picked it up, compared to the Tikaton. If you have the money, spring for the Gorilla Bow. If you you don't, you can't go wrong with the Tikaton.

It's a great concept, and finding additional bands is easy/cheap. Get this!
I never liked resistance bands until I used them on the bow. Since you get some fulcrum from the bow, you can really perform some great full-motion exercises! It’s clearly portable, so you don’t have to worry about making room for weights in your new home-gym, and these bows come with a range of exercises that work upper and lower body with ease! They can hold around 300 lbs of resistance, so they’re versatile for light and heavy workouts.I sprung for 2 of these, which costs the same as one of the original Gorilla Bows, mainly because I wanted to have tandem workouts with my wife, and so far, it has been worth it. But, do yourself a favor, and buy an additional set of Gorilla Bow heavy resistance bands for even harder workouts for arms, upper back, and squats.

Arrived in the nick of time.
I recently bought this and it arrived Monday, right as North Carolina shut down all of the gyms. Therefore I'm ready for a quarantine. Initial thought: I love this thing. I may actually prefer it to using free weights. I did order the 90 pound bands but they are only for a few exercises. I keep all of the bands attached and simply use single bands or a combination of bands as needed. So transitioning from exercise to exercise if instantaneous. I highly recommend this workout system.

Great for the price
I was surprised with how much I use this! I like it. Way more versatile than MOST other pieces of at home equipment. Reliable go to for me.Down side. The two screw connection in the middle is Starting to get loose. Just isn’t that sturdy. Should have made the connection with a longer insert and at least 4 screws. Repeatable but that’s shouldn’t be my responsibility. For the price, very good.
