Perfect area work light. Great for camping or on a job site. I got it to use at events, and it's great. The frame and base are sturdy and well built. Being rechargable is perfect and the battery life is awesome. Plus it comes with a carry strap and storage case. It would be sweet to offer a removable deflector to focus light in one direction for certain uses, and that is my only critical feedback.

As soon as I plugged in the light I noticed a very annoying flicker. Decided to see if I could live with it, and make it work. Tried to open up the legs at a job site, and the cover for the battery compartment came right up exposing cables and battery! So much for safety and waterproof rating. I will be returning this before someone gets hurt.

This light comes very securely packaged. There’s plenty of cardboard, bubble wrap, and Styrofoam to keep it in new condition.It’s a pretty good light however I wish it was a bit brighter. There are three brightness levels to choose from. I don’t see myself using the glow in middle settings very often. The high setting is enough to light in area approximately 10 feet in diameter around the light. You may find it adequate for your needs but for construction work it could be at least twice as bright. I do like the tripod feet in the way it folds compact. It does come with a nylon carrying bag that has straps for handles. There are two metal prongs which serve as cord wraps however I find they tend to get caught on things and I wish they were a little more eloquently fabricated. The silver metal on off button is heavy duty and I like it. It doesn’t appear that the batteries are user replaceable. It would be a good feature if they were.The light will need the batteries at least partially charged in order for it to function. If it is completely drain you will need to let it charge a moment before you can turn it on. It will not runoff the cord alone.A directional reflector would be a very useful accessory. A sheet of aluminum foil can serve as a cheap alternative if you need to block the light from a certain direction. It’s not a bad light, it’s just that it’s more dim than the brand-name Milwaukee and DEWALT lights that I have been using. I guess my main issue is that the batteries are not replaceable. If they were I would’ve given it four stars.

It is mostly intended to use in areas that would be remodeled without electricity. Handy but know it's not super bright. But the fact it is not just a direct beam like a flashlight it can illuminate a room. Great design and very helpful for construction projects. Just plan on re charging it for extended time.

I bought this for use in new home construction. I do interior finish carpentry, often before lighting is installed. So it helps to be able to see to make a home look beautiful. This is a very well built unit and I believe that it will survive being transported from one job to another, constant exposure to dust and extremes of temperature, and the basic rough life that all of my tools seem to suffer. It includes a carrying case and strap. The clips on the strap are very nice. The case is large enough to easily fit the light, no fighting and squeezing and eventually throwing the case away with this item.Unfortunately, the light only works for three minutes in battery mode. I think the battery is bad.

Didn’t realize it was able to be charged! (I didn’t read reviews). I got it for my grandpa who works out in the shop and he LOVED it! Especially how bright it got. Battery life I’ll know more within the next week.

Got this as a present for someone for Christmas and it wouldn't charge right out of the box. Came with tons of paperwork saying no hassle replacements and great customer support blah blah blah. 3 months and countless emails later the company completely ignored us. Not a single response. I have a super heavy $200 paperweight now that won't even work

This was a X-Mas gift for the husband, He loves it and it is very well made & super bright. Lights up a whole room not just the area you would point the other stand up lights.
