It was relatively easy to assemble. It's made of a firm, high quality printed, card stock paper that was sturdy when placed on a cake using the dowels that comes with this set. The flag banners adds a festive touch and help create the carnival/circus feel.

Paper and flimsy
This item is super flimsy and made of cardstock that is only printed on one side so looks very cheap and unflattering if your guests can see all sides of the cake

Does not come assembled like description says.
Product says in description that it comes assembled. It does not. Not an issue with the product but if you don’t want to build a topper this probably isn’t for you.
