This is a perfect little bed that fits well inside a pet carrier, or wire crate / kennel. I like the little loop on one end that I use to attach it to one end of a larger kennel so it doesn't slip around. The slightly raised, cushioned side walls are used as a head / neck rest for our pet, or seems to keep them feeling cozy as the rest their backs against the wall. I like that its small enough to lay on a couch or chair which I use to designate the "okay" place for my pet to rest on a piece of furniture; it's also easy to travel with, and easy to launder. The sheepskin style might be a little warm in the summer months, as i observed one of our dogs moving off of it and seeking a cooler surface to lie on, but it is likely a good two to three season comfort. If it were somehow reversible to a woven fabric on the other side, that would be the best of both worlds. I was happy enough with the first one I ordered that I bought a second one so each pet could have their own. This size doesnt take up much floor space at all, and can be stored easily under the couch or similar when not in use (though we leave ours out all the time).

I purchased this item with hesitancy, it surpassed my expectations. Amazing quality, cost effective, good for cat or dog, great for crates, carriers or just by itself. Machine washable, dries fast. I have zero complaints. I will be ordering more. (Purchased light colored mat/bed to be used in a cat carrier. I washed and dried bed before using it. Then I put the bed out to get cats use to it before putting it inside the carrier. I took the door off of the carrier to get my cats use to the carrier with the bed in it and now they use them as napping caves every day. I am happy with the outcome, now *my cats will be calm and comfortable when they go for a ride in their carrier.)

My cat is quite picky about where he will sleep. Although he will occasionally sleep in any number of random places, he typically has one place that he prefers. An old basket with a ratty old fleece blanket!! I think the basket is just the perfect size for him to curl up and feel secure... After the fleece blanket that I used to line his basket was just 'done'... I bought this fleece bed liner since it was really inexpensive.... I was blown away at how nice it was for the money!! My cat became even more attached to his crappy old basket (this liner fit inside, perfectly!) That was in 2015!! I love that I can just throw it in the washing machine too... It is unbelievable how durable this thing is..My cat will always do the typical scratch the bedding before settling in.... The liner has held up to all of this abuse and still in great shape!! I was so worried that it might not still be available if it did eventually fall apart that I bought a second, just in case!! That was in 2018... It is now 2023 and I just started using the new one - not because the other one failed, but simply because I was tired of the new one collecting dust in the basement!! You will not be disappointed in the incredible value for these pet bed liners!

I didn't take a picture of the white fleece pet bed because that's what I purchased. I took pictures of the plastic bag the bed came in, plus the care instructions. I did this because of one negative review about harmful chemicals. NO where on this product does it say harmful chemicals, Calif. Prop 65, etc. were used. Maybe the reviewer purchased another pet bed & not the 22" white fleece bed. With that said, this is a super Quality pet bed!! Made extremely well, stitching quality very good, very durable & very thick padding. Fits perfectly in the Amazon Basics pet carrier with metal door. Didn't rate it based on Chew Proof because it's for the cat's; they only chew on rubber flip flops-- ha. I'll be shopping again through this company for more quality products for the cat's. And my hat goes off to the employees that make this product a great one!!! Thank you.

When getting my new kitten, I needed a liner inside the cat carrying case so that she would feel comfortable and not slide all around. Finding a specific size for the cat carrier was proving difficult until I came upon this one, so nicely listed with the dimensions that juuuuust fit the carrier. When it arrived I unwrapped it and placed it inside the carrier. It is really nice and thick on the sides, but the middle part where the pet would lay down is rather thin. The other odd thing is the noise factor. The filling is some odd sort that makes what I can only call a rustling foam noise, and for some reason my kitten doesn't like it. I've tried putting a laser light on it, and she'll step on it to play but as soon as the laser pointer moves away, she's off the bed. Alas, a cat living up to it's finicky nature isn't anything surprising. She's liked everything else I've purchased, just not this. In a pinch it's fine to leave in the carrier for when she heads to the vet, and it wasn't too expensive. I would have liked it to be versatile for more than that use, though. The other bad thing is because it is filled with that light styrofoam sounding filler, she's able to paw and claw at it when in the carrier. I would have liked it better if it were heavier so that she wasn't able to so easily get her paw around it.

We have purchased these before and since they work so well, are priced very fairly, wash and dry quickly AND provide a bit of padding - we came back for more. Not because the others worn out, but because we want more (some for back up) and were so satisfied in the past. Fast shipping. Exactly as described and the pup loves them in her crate and her stroller. Very happy with this product.

We put this pet bed in our carrier to make it a bit more comfortable for our pets. It fits great in a larger carrier and allows them to have something to lay on other than just the plastic and doesn't shift around like a towel. It is soft and is great for this use. Maybe a bit rigid to just be a plain bed.

i had high hopes for this bed because my kitties like flatter surface beds rather than really plush circular ones, but this was just overly rough, it has zero softness and is so so itchy my cats refuse to go anywhere near it even after we washed it with softener!

I searched high and low for a nice comfy pet bed cushion / mattress to fit our pet carrier box. The standard sizes were either the correct width but too short or far too big. I needed just over 30cm x 50cm with slightly rounded corners and this item fits like a glove. Our cat absolutely loves it and we often find him asleep in his carrier with the door open, which is unusual as we use it to take him to the vet or the cattery which aren't typically his destinations of choice! An added bonus is the raised lip around the periphery which helps to contain pet toys, treats etc.
