Worked Like a Charm, But
The round end was 3/4 that was too big. But I knew that going into it. I took it to a machine shop and they put it in a lath to turn in down to the size I needed.

Earth auger adapter does its job well.
bought a 8 inch generic bit or so Thought, for my stihl. it did not fit. I took a chance with another purchase of the earthquake auger adapter and it saved the day. Strong and works impressively well. Great purchase.
