After spending 7 hours (I kid you not) looking at Christmas dresses for a plus-size lady, I found this gem. I am 5'8 and 250 pounds. I have wide shoulders for a woman and wear a 46DD bra. (I am putting this information in, so it will help you figure out what size would fit you.) I looked at tons of dresses similar to this one. All of them were giving me a size chart of needing a size 5X or 6X. When you are already a big person, this does not make you feel better about yourself. Then I read the reviews for this dress. Could it be? A company that caters to a plus-size woman? I was still skeptical. I ordered the size 24 and crossed my fingers. It came in today's mail (I ordered it on Friday and got it on Monday. 3 days earlier than promised!) I held it up to myself and thought, oh, is this going to make me look like a sausage. So I put it on and I about fell over! It fits!!! It is even loose on me. Even the sleeves are perfect. It also has pockets!!! BONUS! My husband and son think it needs a belt that it kind of looks like a nightgown. Then I put on my black leggings and my sequined slippers and they agreed it looked perfect for the Christmas party. I will be doing business with this company again. I hope I can find clothing from them that isn't Holiday themed. If you were doubting yourself on getting a dress from this company, don't. The colors are bright and the fabric is soft and thick enough to drape nicely. I wear a size 20 and it does run slightly large. I like my clothes loose so I will keep it. If you like your clothes more fitted I would recommend ordering a size smaller than you normally wear. The sleeves are a bit too long but I often have that problem. I just pushed them up on my arms. And look...it has pockets! I washed this dress on cold and tossed it in the dryer on a cooler cycle and it came out beautifully.
