This is the best Olive oil i ever had\tried. I really don't typically buy any other olive oil unless it is for cooking. it's very green and murky because it is unfiltered. It is like REAL olive oil how it must have been in the old days? that's what i think anyway. I am sad that they stopped selling it at my local whole foods though and when i bought it here online, for the same price i got a smaller bottle so i guess the price went up too. In my opinion it's a gem
