If you actually want to improve your writing skills, both for content and style, use this book. Initially it appears to be yet another ho-hum compilation of know your audience and plan your message. It progresses well beyond that.

My wife works in the local government sector and is constantly required to communicate with the public, business and other government officials and agencies. This was a worth while course.

I write business and technical correspondences daily and this book helped me write those more clearly for my reader. It's a little long winded but the lessons are still the same.

I really appreciate all the detailed advice in this book. I've returned to it over and over to improve my writing. So glad I made this purchase.

This book was a big disappointment. Way too many drawn out author experiences, material of 25 pages that could be condensed into 2-3 pages, added nothing new in the way of business writing. So, pass on this book and use the money for Handbook for Writing Proposals by R. Hamper -- you will like that one much better.MK

Excellent, easy to read. Very good explanation of the writing process. The book breaks down writing into a business process which can be translated to any writing endeavor.

I think it is a great book I just have not had the time to really use it the way I intended to use it.

It is not Businesse book its story book, having bought I thought why bought it I lost my money

the book was horribly printed, the contents were printed upside down, wonder whether it is pirated.
