Very useful and good quality
I have had this bag for a year now. Good quality overall, some stitches do not last very long when the bag is fully packed. It is not worse than a comparable Samsonite. I had for two years. The fabric is of slightly inferior quality. Handle and rollers are in fact more durable. Lots of space. Great for use as a personal item on flights (no additional luggage charge and always room for some clothes to take along). Never had trouble with airlines not accepting it and has more space than other products. For half the price of a Samsonite, a very reasonable product.

Short-Trip Bag or Daily Transfer of Materials Bag
Great work bag for 2-3 day trips. Good support structure, holds laptop securely and enough space for additional files or materials, as well as a change of clothes and shoes. Fits nicely in overhead bins.

Just a great piece to have walking through the airport.
This is a very sturdy, multi purpose brief case. It has room fo ray laptop, notebooks and hardened soft cover books. Also has room for pens and of course my passport. the wheels work great which is key.I just find it very heavy and wonder if they could have mixed in some lighter materials. Could be that it wouldn't be as sturdy if they did. Overall it is strong and useful and has held up over many travels.

It worked.
Bought it for a trip. My wife and I needed to take 4 laptops and I needed to find a way to transport. This bag handled all 4. The handle was hard to extend the first time, but worked itself out. Many dividers and section tot he bag. The handle seemed a bit weak with the load I had in the bag. The bag seems durable, it will probably last daily use of 1 laptop well.

Great Customer Service
I bought this back in early November to replace an existing backpack style laptop case. I used this on two trips, one flying and one driving the first part of this month. The bag itself is very well laid out and holds a laptop, accessories and enough clothing and other items for a 2 day trip.On the second trip I noticed that the Cordura cover on the handle was starting to come loose. When I got back home I sent an email to Matein Customer Service. I received a reply in less than eight hours asking for details of my purchase and a photo of the handle.I did that and received a reply that they would be sending a replacement bag. That was mid week and the replacement arrived yesterday afternoon.Really good customer service and hopefully this handle will be a bit more durable.

Would be a great value if the handle and wheels were more robust
Decent bag, handle breaks and won't retract though after being put to the task of travelling a while. Bought two of these both had to be tossed within a year because of the handle failing, and wheels weren't far behind. A shame. Other bags have held up far longer in the past but were discontinued maybe due to laptops shrinking and being replaced by notebooks and the like I'm thinking...

Fits our Keuring Mini, 17" laptop, and more!
Great for traveling. Easy overhead compartment placement. We always travel with our own Keurig coffee maker and k-cups. Telescoping handle a little tricky (hangs up occasionally). Handle length could be longer for tall persons to avoid heel hits. We own a similar model that we made the mistake of stacking additional bags on top. The wheels, identical to this model, got squished and one came off its axel. Husband had to do a "McGiver repair" to render it usable. We won't make that mistake again.
