Bake Knob In The Face Of Absolute Numbing Nihilism
In a world of constant, unending change and unrelenting catastrophe, there comes a time when we must ask ourselves what we stand for. What are we willing to stake our lives on? In the absence of an answer to these questions, there is always the deadening force of capitalist acquisition. In this case, a bake knob. I guess it's a bake knob. It seems to work.

Quality and look as same as original
First I literally hesitated to buy it and just ordered one. I received it the look very closely to the original. I ordered another.

I needed this piece for my twenty-eight year old Viking range. It was described well enough to make me confident in my purchase. It came on schedule and was priced right.

Markings are upside-down
On the back side of the dial there is a hole with one flat side that slides onto the post on the front of the stove. This dial has the flat side on the wrong side of the hole. As a result the numbers are not lined up properly - it shows the 350* temperature where the Off indicator should be.Viking is not worth the cost. We have been very disappointed in the performance of our Viking stove and with all of the replacement and repair parts we have had to purchase.I do not recommend anything from Viking.
