We really like these bulbs, they are bright and can be fully dimmed, even in the color mode. I turned off the 5GHz wifi on my router first, then set it all up on the 2.4GHz wifi, it was simple. I did one bulb at time in the house, then turned all of them on, and grouped them by simply using the app, I named the group lamp post. There was another review, that I read, and it was spot on. I'm glad that reviewer posted that information. I didn't even login to the app, just used the trial mode. Once they were grouped, I put them outside in my lamp post, and they work perfectly. It's impressive how much they can do, there are scenes, music sync, bio sync, it can do any color, it's amazing. We can't wait for Christmas now. I've tried another brand last year, but these are way better. I like the app in that it works all by itself even without a login.

Let me cut to the chase: I got this for my daughter’s bedroom and she Loves it. She has a Google mini speaker and it works well with it. She is able to change colors and brightness by voice command. So if you are looking for an easy upgrade to a child’s room then it does the job well. Since the lights were going into a light fixture in the ceiling fan, I used a lamp which has the same candle bra bulb type for setup. This definitely makes pairing and troubleshooting easier. I setup the lamps using app recommended by manufacturer (Smart Life) but use Google Mini for all controls.Challenges: it took some finagling to get the lights paired with the app. As per instructions, “Easy Method” is to have the lights blinking which indicates pairing mode. Only one bulb out of 2 (I bought a 2-pack) was setup like this out of box. Instructions indicated to turn ON and OFF few times in a row to reset the bulb and initiate pairing. Well, it didn’t seemed to work. I focused on the one which was blinking and got it paired to home WiFi without much issue. I then went back to the bulb which was not blinking and tried the “AP” method which required me to connect my iPhone to the local WiFi connection of the bulb and initiate pairing. Hmmm ... my phone failed to connect directly. I then tried the Easy Method again and tried to turn on and off few times and Behold the bulb started blinking again. After that the pairing went smoothly.Both the bulbs are installed inside the light fixture. They seem to be a bit dim to me but my kiddo loves it. And I think that matters the most. 😎

These light bulbs are perfect for just a simple off white light or changing the colors for a theme or mood. The setup is very simple and works great with my Google Home.

Compre 9 focos para una lámpara pero el problema cuando los instale 3 no me dan el mismo blanco cheque las cajas por qué los pedí de 3 pzas cada caja y tenían El Mismo modelo hasta la aplicación de smart life los identifica diferentes funcionan bien el problema es los blancos

Excelente producto, fue fácil de conectar, alumbra bastante bien, cumple con todo lo que dice hacer. Yo había batallado mucho para encontrar ese tamaño de focos porque tengo dos candelabros muy viejos en mi cuarto y estaba a punto de cambiarlos por unas lámparas mas modernas, pero esto solucionó completamente mi problema, lo programé para que se enciendan y apaguen automáticamente y funcionan perfectamente.
