THE very best Balsamic Vinegar!
First review I've ever submitted, but when I realized how many years I've continued to use this particular balsamic vinegar I wanted to share that with all you out there looking for the best. Fantastic in salads, but I also marinate beets in it (storing in the fridge for weeks) and also delish poured over a bowl of tomatoes. I could just about consume it by the spoonful, it's so tasty. It will not disappoint!

This is salad nectar of the gods. Expensive, yes! Worth buying? YES, YES, YES. Only a few drops needed to turn the most ordinary, everyday greens (and other foods) into a total gourmet delight. Buy one and you will eventually buy another. The best balsamic ever!

My favorite balsamic vinegar for cooking, hands-down!
I was taking a cooking class at my local co-op, and the instructor was surprised at how good this balsamic vinegar was, so I started using it and fell in love with it. It's an amazing balsamic for the price point, and great for cooking. My co-op stopped carrying it, and I hadn't made a note of the brand, so I had to try different options. My favorite recipes that used balsamic vinegar were disappointing. My husband noticed the familiar label on olive oil at a local conventional grocery and we were so happy to find that they carried this balsamic as well.
